Ice Skating...

(Please read the below blog first, since this one is a continuation of the same...lol)

So did I say it was a lovely Sunday morning...yes it was since it was a sunday morning that I saw after many weekends (I usuallly wake up in the afternoon on sundays). Was just comtemplating what to do, there came A with a brilliant idea of going for Ice Skating. There is a Ice Skating Arena just a few miles from our house. Although initially I was a bit reluctant to do that much of effort on a sunday..but guys know that its not at all hard to convince me. So, finally we were all set to go.
Reached the place on time and hired the skates...initiall on seeing the skates my first reaction was - "How am I going to stand straight after wearing those?". Well, it just took me a few minutes to actually experience that we can stand wearing it. So, finally we geared up and went into the arena. Initial 10 minutes I was just getting a hang of it. But then slowly I gained confidence (thanks to my little stint with roller skates!). And it was fun from there...although there was a lot of rush and there was a constant fear of banging into a child...still I feel I manged a decent job...being a little immodest here :-)
Ice skated for around 2 hours...clicked a few snaps...and then back home.
Well, that was the end of the weekend (almost)...had a few confrence calls with friends...yes a con call with friends!! Professional jargon everywhere..uh?
And this is how I am ending this weekend..writing my memories into this blog with a hope that a few years down the line when I read this..it should and I am confident that it would bring a smile back to my face!
