Double Standards

"In accordance with [name deleted] University policy, [name deleted] Business School does not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, national or ethnic origin, political beliefs, veteran status, or handicap in admission to, access to, treatment in, or employment in its programs and activities."

I fail to understand, why does these B Schools proudly display such non discriminatory statements on their websites and brochures when they also know it is not true. Yes, discrimination is done at every stage in the admissions process, under a newly coined termed called "Diversity". For maintaining, this so called diversity, doesn't the B-Schools all across the globe discrimination on the basis of all the above parameters. I personally have been a victim of this discrimination and I can now clearly see behind the closed doors and read between the lines. My question is if discrimination is being done, why doesn't the schools admit it? Why maintain such double standards?

I will leave this entry open ended with this question and I can do nothing except perhaps a big laugh whenever I would see this non discriminatory sentence again.

Life is changing. It changes every moment. There have been many developments and many more to come. I am still waiting. This wait looks forever. I read somewhere - "Dates in the calendar and closer than they appear". For me it looks like it is acting in a reverse way. It is still March and I see no respite till May. Frustrating. I am very patient by nature but this is the ultimate test of my patience. In the meanwhile I have a busy month coming ahead. New York. Indiana. Shifting. Project scheduled to start in full steam. There are so many things to write but I don't want to write everything....
