When I published my post about the "bloggers" who just have one or two post in their blogs but still post their blogsites proudly on social networking sites, I never realized I would become one of them, or at least be on the verge of being "branded" one of them. I would quote an advertisement, I don't remember of which company - "Life comes at you really fast". I would say the past couple of months is a testament to this statement.
Readers might think I had taken a break from writing. Well, on the contrary it was "writing" that had kept me away from my blog for so long. I had been writing each and every day of my life since my last post. Introspection, research, reviews, re-reviews, edits, proof reads these had become buzz words. Finally, I got some respite from all of this (at least for a few days) but things have started to worsen again, worsen I would say for good maybe. Time will tell that.
I have been to a couple of places too! Of course, I can I not travel. Right? Wrong. I traveled but my motivation for travel for different this time. Visiting B-Schools. It was good though as I got to meet many of my friends too! Catching up with old friends in North Carolina or Chicago was definitely the highlight of the trip. And of course, how can I not forget the Mustang, the pullover due to over speeding, the cold winds in Chicago, the death of my laptop and its miraculous re-birth. Wow! I can have a single blog dedicated to each of these. But, I will save that for another time (and you know that time would probably not come soon).
I would also like to mention Halloween - not because of anything else but because I had a surprise old friend knocking on my door! It was great to reconnect with people I thought I was totally out of touch with. Also, with 5 Stellas down my throat, it couldn't have been better. Anyhow, Halloween is history and Thanksgiving is present. Christmas would be future. Lol. Bad attempt to evoke humor. I guess, let me go back to the present. I don't know what is wrong with me and Thanksgiving? This is my third T'giving and this is the third time I am at home for 4 f$%$# days. But, no complaints. It has been my choice and I am enjoying every minute of this welcome break. I am thankful that I also got the time to re-visit my blog. Signing off from my lazy bed...
